As a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, I am committed to being at home in my body no matter where I am on the map. I have an insatiable obsession with travel, new people, new experiences and constant change, for that reason Yoga La Bohème is a travelogue and a yoga blog combined. In addition to detailing my travelling adventures, trip planning tips and all of the prime places to strike a yoga pose, I will share ways to incorporate yoga into your life and throughout your travels, a time when it is not always feasible to take a yoga class.
*La Bohème is French for 'the Bohemians,' a group of gypsies living, (more like squatting), in Paris in the 1800s who were known as nomads and adventurous wanderers.
