TRAVEL MATS
eKO Super Lite Travel Mat is incredibly thin, light, sticky and easy to fold or roll up into your bag. I take my full-length travel mat everywhere. Just make sure you don't throw it in the washing machine or it will lose its stickiness!
PODCASTS
This particular pod cast selection is through CorePower Yoga, but feel free to peruse ITunes or any MP3 site for your style of yoga audio. These are perfect for a personal practice guided by your MP3 player in your hotel room, hostel or local park. Beware of the glares if you try this in an airport, but more power to you!
